1st century imminence in the Bible of the appearance of Jesus?

The same Greek words that are used in the various passages will be CAPITALIZED.

The mentions of the APPEARANCE of Jesus in several biblical passages could have been apprehended as imminent in the 1st century. The nature of the diverse mentions of the "APPEARANCE" of Jesus in the following passages will not be addressed here.

The Greek word for "APPEARANCE" [epiphaneia 2015 in Greek, noun] comes from the Greek word for "apparent" [epiphanés 2016 in Greek, adjective], which comes from the Greek word for "to-appear" [epiphainó 2014 in Greek, verb], which comes in part from the Greek word "IS-APPEARING" [phainó 5316 in Greek, verb].

Jesus said: "For just-as the lightning comes-out from (the) east and IS-APPEARING [phainetai 5316 in Greek] as-far-as (the) west, so will-be the coming (of) the Son (of) Man" (Matthew 24:27). Jesus then addressed 6 verses later in Matthew 24:33-34 His 1st century disciples by saying: "So also YOU — when YOU-see all these (things), you know that it-is near, at (the) doors. Truly I-say (to) YOU that this generation by-no-means will-pass-away until all these (things) take-place" (Matthew 24:33-34).

Another example: it is written in 1 Timothy that the epistle was written "(to) Timothy" (1 Timothy 1:2) in the 1st century, and to him it was written "that YOU keep the commandment unspotted, above-reproach, UNTIL the APPEARANCE [epiphaneias 2015 in Greek] of our Lord Jesus Christ" (1 Timothy 6:14).

Another example: it is written in 2 Timothy in the 1st century about "the Lord Christ Jesus, the (One) about-to [mellontos 3195 in Greek] judge (the) living and (the) dead, and (by) His APPEARANCE [epiphaneian 2015 in Greek] and His kingdom" (2 Timothy 4:1). The Greek word for "about-to" [melló 3195 in Greek] is a verb that can be translated as "is-about-to".

Another example: it is written in Titus that the epistle was written by "Paul" (Titus 1:1) "(to) Titus" (Titus 1:4) in the 1st century, and to him Paul wrote: "WE-may-have-lived sound-mindedly and righteously and well-worshiping in the present age, (WHILE) (EXPECTING-)TO-RECEIVE THE blessed hope and APPEARANCE [epiphaneian 2015 in Greek] (of) the glory (of) our great God and Savior Jesus Christ" (Titus 2:12-13).
