1st century imminence in the Bible of the Lord coming?

The same Greek words that are used in the various passages will be CAPITALIZED.

The mentions of the Lord COMING in several biblical passages could have been apprehended as imminent in the 1st century. The nature of the diverse mentions of the Lord "COMING" in the following passages will not be addressed here.

For example, it is written in Matthew that Jesus "having-summoned His twelve disciples" (Matthew 10:1) in the 1st century Jesus told them that "whenever they-persecute YOU in this city, flee to another. For truly I-say (to) YOU — YOU-will BY NO MEANS FINISH THE CITIES (of) ISRAEL UNTIL the Son (of) Man COMES" (Matthew 10:23). 

6 chapters later, Jesus said: "the Son (of) Man IS-ABOUT [mellei 3195 in Greek] TO-COME in the glory (of) His Father with His angels" (Matthew 16:27). The Greek word for "IS-ABOUT" [melló 3195 in Greek] is a verb that can be translated as "IS-ABOUT-TO". Jesus then added in the next verse: "Truly I-say (to) YOU that THERE-ARE SOME (of) THE (ones) STANDING HERE who will BY NO MEANS TASTE DEATH UNTIL THEY-SEE the Son (of) Man COMING" (Matthew 16:28).

8 chapter later, Jesus was speaking as "the disciples came to Him privately" (Matthew 24:3) and Jesus talked to these 1st century disciples about "the Son (of) man COMING on the clouds (of) heaven" (Matthew 24:30), and 3 verses later Jesus told these disciples in the 1st century that "also YOU — when you-see all these (things), you know that it-is near, at (the) doors. Truly I-say (to) YOU that this generation by-no-means will-pass-away UNTIL all these (things) take-place." (Matthew 24:33-34). 

2 chapters later, Jesus was addressing "the chief-priests and the whole Sanhedrin" (Matthew 26:59) in the 1st century, and to them (in the plural) Jesus said: "from now-(on) YOU-will-see the Son (of) Man sitting on (the) right (side of) the Power, and COMING on the clouds (of) heaven" (Matthew 26:64).

Another example: it is written in John that Jesus addressed "Peter" (John 21:21) about another disciple in the 1st century and said to Peter: "If I-want HIM TO-REMAIN UNTIL I-COME, what (is it) to you?" (John 21:22).

Another example: it is written in 1 Corinthians to the 1st century "church (of) God being in Corinth" (1 Corinthians 1:2): "DO not BE-JUDGING anything before (the) time, UNTIL the Lord COMES" (1 Corinthians 4:5).

Another example: it is written in Hebrews to the 1st century audience that "For yet (in a) VERY LITTLE WHILE, “the (One) COMING WILL-COME and WILL NOT DELAY" (Hebrews 10:37).

Another example: it is written in Revelation in the 1st century about "(the things) which must take-place in quickness" (Revelation 1:1), and 6 verses later it is written that "HE-IS-COMING with the clouds, and every eye will-see Him — EVEN THEY WHO PIERCED HIM" (Revelation 1:7). They "WHO PIERCED HIM" (Revelation 1:7) would have been those in the 1st century who would have pierced Him.

1 chapter later, it is written "(to) the angel (of) the church in Thyatira" (Revelation 2:18) which would have been there in the 1st century: "HOLD-ON-TO what YOU-have UNTIL whenever I-COME" (Revelation 2:25). 

1 chapter later, it is written "(to) the angel (of) the church in Philadelphia" (Revelation 3:7) which would have been there in the 1st century: "I-AM-COMING QUICKLY" (Revelation 3:11). 

In the last chapter of Revelation it is written: "I-AM-COMING QUICKLY" (Revelation 22:7), "I-AM-COMING QUICKLY" (Revelation 22:12), "I-AM-COMING QUICKLY" (Revelation 22:20).
